Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 12 p.m.

Q. Do you allow smoking on property or in the rooms?
A. We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and common areas.

Q. Are you pet-friendly?
A. Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. A $125 one-time fee applies. Maximum one pet per room. Weight limit - 40lbs.

Q. How much do you charge for wifi access?
A. Wifi is complimentary for all guests.

Q. Do you offer room service? 
A. Room service is available 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Q. Do you have a fitness center? 
A.Yes, we have a beautiful fitness center equipped with cardio machines and free weights.

Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes, we have a rooftop pool with cabanas, lounge seating and a Vista bar. 

Q. Do you have a business center?
A. Yes, we have a self-service business center.

Q. Do you have meeting space?
A. Yes, we have about 5,000 square feet of meeting space.

Q. How do I get to the hotel? What are your cross streets?
A. Our hotel is located on the corner of SW 1st Ave and SW 15th Rd. Please click here for directions.

Q. Do you have onsite parking? Valet?
A. Yes, we do have onsite parking and valet. Please see below for pricing. 

  • Valet parking overnight fee: $32
  • Self-parking: $25 (based on availability) 
  • Valet Visitors: 0-2 hrs $13
  • 2-8 hrs $20
  • 8-24 hrs $32

Q. Do you have roll away beds? Is there a charge?  
A. Roll away beds are available for $25 a day. We do not offer roll away beds for any of our suites.

Q. Is there a cancellation/ deposit fee? 
A. Yes, it is one night with room and tax.

Q.Do you have early departure fee? 
A. Yes, early departure fee is one night penalty.

A. Do you have a late check out? Is there a fee? 
A. Late check-out will be from  2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The charge will be 1/2 day rate of ADR, after 4 p.m. the charge will be the full day rate of ADR. (Late Checkout subject to availability and is not guaranteed.)

Q. Is my I.D. required at check-in?
A. Valid government issued I.D. is required for check-in.

Q. Can I check-in with my debit card?
A. Credit card deposits are accepted at check-in.

Q. What is the minimum age requirement for check-in?
A. The minimum age is 21 years old. 

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. Yes, we offer connecting rooms.

Q. Do you have accessible rooms?
A. Yes, we offer accessible rooms. 

Q. Do you accept package deliveries? 
A. Yes we allow packages for hotel guests only if delivered by Fedex, UPS, or any approved carrier.  Other restrictions may apply.  Please contact abmpackages@atton.com with additional questions. Please see package fee information here:
$5.00 a day charge for every package held after 5 days.
$5.00 a day for an additional package after 5 packages.

Q. What are the hours of operation for the restaurant and bar? 
A. Please see below for our restaurant and bar hours of operation. 

Lima Restaurant
Breakfast: 6 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Dinner: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

UVA Lobby Bar
4 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Pool Bar
10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted? 
A. All major credit cards are accepted. Debit and Credit cards are accepted upon check in. No cash deposits will be accepted for incidentals, only credit cards for incidentals
